Four Seasons Hotel Singapore

The hotel was conveniently located near a popular shopping district and had easy access to public transportation. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, with a cozy bed and modern amenities like a tv and a mini fridge. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff provided excellent service and made us feel welcomed. The service at the restaurant was great, and the breakfast was enjoyable. The Family Pool was a hit with our kids, and the rooms were comfortable. This will be our top choice for future staycations.

We enjoyed the spacious rooms with comfy beds and exceptional cleanliness. The staff provided excellent service and went above and beyond to make our stay special, even surprising us with personalized decorations and a birthday cake. The location is great for shopping on Orchard Street. a fantastic experience.

We had an amazing stay with attentive staff and excellent service. The family pool on level 20 was perfect for our kids, and the lady staff member there was fantastic with them. Housekeeping was really good, paying attention to detail and keeping our room in great condition. The location is perfect, close to the main shopping areas and public transportation.

The location is perfect for adventure travelers, as it is just a short trip in the cab from the airport and provides easy access to Sentosa island. It is also conveniently located near the business district and the Botanic Gardens, offering a variety of activities for nature lovers. Additionally, being in the center of shopping malls makes it a great place for retail therapy. The rooms are spacious and include luxurious amenities, such as automatic curtains and stunning city views. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay.

The only downside is the lack of variety in dining options apart from the bar snacks served in an outdoor setting.

This hotel is a great choice for a family vacation or a romantic getaway. It's conveniently located close to the Orchard station, which is just minutes away from all the major attractions of the city. You'll also find a nearby shopping mall, which the helpful receptionist recommended to us. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is well-equipped with premium amenities. The breakfast selection is impressive and the service is professional. We appreciated the little touches like the iced passion tea drink by the pool.

We did notice that some of the staff members weren’t as friendly and welcoming as others.

Large rooms with stunning views of Orchard Road. Generous bathroom amenities for families with kids. Friendly, attentive and accommodating staff at all levels. Great location near Wheelock Place and Orchard Road shopping malls. Super clean and comfortable rooms, with added bed for children.

The lush green surroundings of the hotel create a serene and tranquil atmosphere, perfect for someone who craves a connection with nature.

Felt incredibly well looked after, no complaints whatsoever.

Best 5 star hotel we have ever stayed in. Lovely helpful & friendly staff, beautiful flower displays in foyer, similarly the furnishings & decor around the rest of the hotel. Very convenient for shopping on Orchard Rd. Will definitely make Four Seasons our top choice for our next visit.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The hotel had recently refurbished rooms that were spacious and well-equipped. The staff were cute and accommodating, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect for shoppers, with easy access to shopping areas and a bus stop for convenience.

We had a seamless transfer from the airport to the hotel, with a car waiting for us upon our arrival. The check-in process was conducted in our room, a welcome touch after a long flight. Our children were delighted to find cupcakes and strawberry drinks waiting for them. The attention to detail and personalized service made us feel welcomed.
